Purcell Mountain Lodge is the ideal place for a romantic vacation – our beds are warm and cozy, and our night sky shines brightly with stars. Each of our private rooms has a queen-size bed and a balcony, with stunning mountain scenery in all directions.

For those looking for a little added privacy, our Private Chalet (also known as the “Honeymoon Suite”) is just a few steps from the main lodge. It boasts a king-size bed, star-gazers’ window, ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi shower, a gas fireplace, private balcony and gorgeous mountain views from every window. It truly is the perfect spot for a honeymoon, an anniversary, or a special romantic getaway.

Many couples come to Purcell Mountain Lodge because each day they can choose from a number of guided options, some strenuous and some more relaxed. After all, there is no rule that says a couple has to hike and ski together all the time!

We offer a "Romantic Getaway" package that includes champage (or wine if you prefer), flowers and chocolates in your room on the day of your arrival. A special picnic lunch with a bottle of wine, will be prepared by our chef to accompany you on a romantic lunch in the meadows in the summer or a snowshoe or cross country ski into the meadows in the winter. The cost for the Romantic Getaway package is an additional $125.00 plus GST, per couple.
